Detect and report the licenced card
The driver's license ID number swill only be reported when the driver's ID card is swiped for the first time.
For the conditions where the driver's license number must be recorded: until ACC OFF or swipe a new driver ID card.
When ACC OFF, the device won't report card ID.
Swip card & no swipe card alarm
When swiping a card, the device sends a protocol to the server
(1) When swipe an authorized card, the alarm stops within 0.5 seconds.
(2) When the card is swiped incorrectly (swipe the card in reverse), the alarm beeps twice in succession, and then cycles at this frequency: stop for 0.5 seconds, beep for 0.5 seconds.
(3) When swipe an unauthorized card, the alarm beeps once.

When logging in or out, the device will make sounds alarm and report to the server.

Buffer and report data
When the signal is blind, cache the data locally. When the signal is restored, retransmit the cached data to the server.
